Yes. The ongoing membership is central to what makes Ever Inspired different from a standard placement agency. Each quarter, your Early Years Specialist produces a detailed developmental report on your child — covering progress, milestones, and areas of focus — which Ever Inspired reviews and presents to your family directly. Any concerns are approached collaboratively, with your EYS, Ever Inspired, and your family working together toward a solution. This is not passive oversight. It is an active, ongoing partnership in your child's early years — and it is something no school or standard childcare arrangement can replicate at this level of attention.

Your peace of mind is protected. If a placement does not meet your expectations, we provide a priority replacement at no additional placement cost.

Early Years Specialists are employed directly by the family. Ever Inspired manages screening, matching, and continued support throughout the placement.

Typically, we present a curated shortlist of Early Years Specialists within 7–10 days. We prioritize the quality of the match over speed, though we can expedite for urgent needs.

We place both live-in and live-out Early Years Specialists, and our matching process takes your household's specific setup into careful consideration. Both arrangements are fully supported from placement through ongoing management.

All of our Early Years Specialists are required to speak fluent English. Beyond that, each specialist is committed to learning key phrases and basic communication in your family's native language — because connection between a specialist and your child begins with feeling understood.

We support families from the newborn stage through early childhood, typically up to around 8 years old. Each stage of development is approached with age-appropriate Montessori principles, whether your child is weeks old or well into their primary years.
